What is the price for pool service?

Unfortunately, there is no fixed price for weekly pool service. Every swimming pool and its area is different (pool condition, materials used, size, foliage, equipment condition, usage frequency etc.). As professionals, we closely examine every customer’s pool & equipment area. Based on that, we build a custom maintenance plan and price that is tailored to your needs.  We offer FREE consultation visits to examine pool maintenance needs.

My pool has a leak. Can you fix it?

While we can help you spot visible cracks on the pool deck and identify any symptoms of leaking or future leaking, we do not offer leak detection services if nothing is visible. You need to call a company specializing only in pool leak detection and have the necessary equipment to examine it.

What are your service areas?

We cover most of San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties - all the way from South San Francisco to San Jose. For a full list of cities we cover, visit our locations page

Do you service hot tubs?

We serve properties with pools and/or in-ground spas. We do not serve homes that only have stand-alone hot tubs (above-ground or indoor jacuzzis). For existing customers with a pool, we can provide hot tub service at the property as an additional service.

Do you service ponds and fountains?

For existing customers with weekly pool service, we can provide fountain service as an additional service. We do not service ponds or fish ponds.

Are your technicians certified and insured?

All your technicians have trained under certified and experienced professionals. We invest significantly in training and our employees see that as a core differentiator. As a company, we are fully insured and are happy to provide you with proof of insurance.

How often should my pool be serviced?

We highly recommend (and only offer) weekly service. Most residential customers choose us to visit at least once a week. Most commercial customers choose us to visit between 2 to 3 times a week. We strongly believe that the only way to keep a pool clean, blue, healthy and eco-friendly all year long is to service it at least once a week.

My electricity or gas bill is very high. What can I do?

Equipment that is based on old technology (e.g, single speed pumps) are usually the second-highest energy consuming device at your home. We offer an energy audit that allows for you to choose between several energy-efficient alternatives (e.g., variable speed motors, heat pumps, gas/power hybrid heat pumps) that save you money AND comply with California’s energy efficiency laws
